We at Nourity feel compelled to address the recent false accusations made against us by a client who was rightfully banned for violating our server policies. It is crucial to set the record straight and protect our reputation from unwarranted attacks.


Violation of Server Policies:

The client in question engaged in activities that severely breached our established server policies. These policies are established to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all our users. Our community thrives on trust and mutual respect, and any actions that undermine these values are taken seriously. The violations committed by this client included significant breaches that disrupted the harmony and integrity of our platform. As a result, a platform ban was executed in strict accordance with our rules and guidelines. This decision, while unfortunate, was necessary to uphold the integrity of our community and protect our users from disruptive behavior.


Misleading and Baseless Rumors:

In a blatant attempt to deflect responsibility and manipulate the narrative, this client chose to spread false rumors about Nourity Corporation in various tech communities. These actions were taken with full awareness of their own misconduct and the consequences thereof. During a 24-hour period when our Chief Executive Officer was on a scheduled break and temporarily unavailable to respond to direct messages, the client exploited this opportunity to disseminate malicious and unfounded accusations. These actions not only misled the public but also attempted to undermine the trust and credibility that we have diligently built within our community. Such opportunistic and deceitful behavior is both unacceptable and damaging.


Refund Issued:

Despite the client's clear violations and subsequent ban, Nourity Corporation has maintained its unwavering commitment to ethical business practices. The deposit of R$34,000, which was paid for a project, has been fully refunded. This refund was processed as soon as our Chief Executive Officer was available, further demonstrating our dedication to fairness and integrity, even in the face of challenging and adverse circumstances. Our decision to issue a refund, despite the client's misconduct, underscores our commitment to ethical standards and our responsibility towards all clients. This action was taken to ensure that no financial disputes remain unresolved and to reinforce our principles of honesty and transparency.
