Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Order Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so. However, Nourity Corporation reserves the right to deny cancellation, but must right an official statement with reason in accordance with our terms and conditions within 48 hours of rejecting the cancellation.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 21 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 2 days
In accordance with our return and refund policy, if the Goods were purchased within the last 2 days, you may be eligible for a return or refund. Please refer to our policy for detailed information on the conditions and process for returning or requesting a refund for recently purchased items.
- Roblox [roblox.com] Gamepasses associated with Nourity Corporation are not eligible for a refund.
As per our policy, any Gamepasses purchased through Roblox that are specifically associated with Nourity Corporation are not eligible for a refund. We recommend reviewing the details and features of the Gamepasses carefully before making a purchase to ensure they meet your requirements and expectations.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- The supply of Goods which were modified or redistributed.
- The supply of Goods that were distributed to more than one party and or viewed by anyone else but the Buyer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Service Cancellation Policy
Upon requesting a development service, you are eligible to cancel the service within 7 days after purchasing, and we will fully reimburse you. However, if you surpass the deadline, we will require a cancellation fee of 35% of the agreed service price, as we have already started on your project. Nourity Corporation reserves the right to deny cancellations beyond this 7-day period. If a cancellation request is denied, we will provide an official statement with reasons in accordance with our terms and conditions within 48 hours of rejecting the cancellation.
The deadline for canceling a development service is 7 days from the date on which you received confirmation of the service order. Service Refund Eligibility
Only regular priced development services may be canceled and refunded within the 7-day period. Unfortunately, development services on sale or beyond the 7-day period cannot be canceled or refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
